Rich DePierro has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and a proven track record in business development, operations, and strategic planning. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he held leadership roles in various organizations, where he successfully implemented growth strategies and operational improvements. Rich’s expertise lies in identifying market opportunities and driving business transformation.
Peter Gourri is a seasoned professional ICF executive coach with extensive experience in business management and legal services. Peter also served with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve (Training) Branch for 25 years. He has a strong background in developing and executing business strategies, optimizing operations, and enhancing client relationships. Peter is passionate about helping businesses achieve their full potential through innovative solutions and strategic guidance.
